DELIVERY

Orders are processed as standard and shipped within 1-2 business days. Delivery to the customer usually takes another

2-4 business days. In the event of an exceptionally large number of orders (during the holiday season, e.g. Black Friday, Christmas and New Year), delays with the shipping company, and in the case of deliveries in rural areas where parcels are not delivered every day, delivery times may be slightly longer.

SHIPPING COST

The shipping cost refers to the costs of the transportation and packaging you choose. We ship your order packed in high-quality boxes to ensure that your products are well protected during transport.

RETURNS POLICY

You can return the goods within 14 days of receiving your order. The goods should be unused and delivered in intact original packaging.

If your parcel and the products it contained were damaged during delivery, please contact us as soon as possible. Please provide photos of both the damaged package and damaged products. As soon as we receive photos of the damaged packaging and products, we will take care of your case. Please do not return damaged products to us yourself.

What should I do if I received the wrong products?

Please start by carefully checking the order confirmation that was sent with your products to see what you have ordered. Please contact us if you have not received the product you ordered.

RETURN COST

Herbaroom offers free returns, however, the cost of shipping returned products is borne by the customer.

REFUND

We will issue a refund using the same method used for purchase. This will not incur any fees. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of postage, whichever occurs first. Did you make a purchase as part of a special offer or use a discount code? After returning the goods, the value of your order will be recalculated. If it no longer meets the conditions of the special offer, the discount will be deducted from the refund amount.

At Herbaroom, we strive to refund amounts due as quickly as possible, no later than within 14 days. Please note that we must receive the goods first.
