1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1

These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("General Terms") apply when you as a consumer ("Customer") place an order via the website www.herbaroom.net and other related sites ("Website"). The sales contract is concluded between you and the company Herbaroom, based in Chojnice, at ul. Kilińskiego 2/5 in Poland, registered under the NIP number 8421627284. Detailed contact information and other information about Herbaroom are available on the website. The General Terms and Conditions apply only to Customers who are consumers. If you are a business customer, please contact Herbaroom for details.

1.2

The customer must be over 18 years of age to place an order via the website. Herbaroom reserves the right to refuse or make changes to the Customer's order (e.g. if the Customer has provided incorrect personal data and/or his account shows a lack of payment or a history of non-payment).

1.3

Herbaroom is not liable in the event that products are sold out, nor in the event of graphical or typographical errors on the website, e.g. errors in the product description or other technical specifications, inaccurate prices and price adjustments (caused, for example, by changes in prices from suppliers or changes in exchange rates ) or incorrect information about whether the product is in stock. Herbaroom has the right to correct such errors and to change or update all related information. If the price of a product ordered by the Customer is found to be inaccurate, Herbaroom will naturally notify the Customer immediately and will wait for the Customer's approval of the revised price before continuing the order fulfillment process.

The website and all its contents are the property of Herbaroom. All information is protected by intellectual property rights and marketing regulations. This means that trademarks, product names, company names, designs, images and graphics, layout and information about products, services and all other content may not be copied or used without Herbaroom's prior written consent.

2. CONTRACTS AND ORDERS

2.1

To be able to place an order via the website, the Customer must accept the General Terms and Conditions. By accepting these General Terms and Conditions, the Customer undertakes to comply with all provisions contained therein, and also confirms that he has read all information about personal data and cookies, and consents to their use in accordance with the Herbaroom Privacy Policy.

2.2

The purchase contract is concluded when Herbaroom confirms the Customer's order. This takes place when the Customer receives an order confirmation from Herbaroom by e-mail. Herbaroom encourages the Customer to always save the order confirmation and provide it in case of any future contacts with Customer Service regarding the order. The customer has the right to cancel his order until it is confirmed by Herbaroom. If the order is canceled, Herbaroom will refund all outstanding payments made by the Customer or its payment or credit card company in connection with the order.

2.3

Herbaroom is a B2C company, i.e. selling products to individual customers via an online store. We can of course provide you with a receipt for payment for all goods purchased, including VAT and the information you provide when placing your order.

3. CUSTOMER INFORMATION ETC.

3.1

When placing an order, the Customer will be asked to provide some personal data. The client confirms that all information provided is correct and complete and that he is responsible for any errors in the information provided. Information on the processing of personal data by Herbaroom can be found in the Herbaroom Privacy Policy, which constitutes an integral part of these General Terms and Conditions.

4. FEES, PRICES AND PAYMENT

4.1

The prices shown on the website always apply to orders placed on the website. All prices are given in PLN and include VAT. Prices do not include shipping costs. These are listed separately.

4.2

The customer can pay for his or her purchases in any way available on the website. Herbaroom has the right to charge the Customer for payment in connection with the order. Herbaroom also reserves the right not to offer all payment methods at all times and to change the payment method if the customer's chosen payment method does not work. Changing the payment method takes effect at the time of order fulfillment, regardless of the reason. The limitations of the available payment methods are specified on the website.
